As a licensed real estate broker with over 35 years of experience in the industry, Gerard decided it was time to offer his property management services to the WNY real estate community. He has managed several of his own properties and has extensive experience working with tenants, navigating leasing, and handling property maintenance. He has seen firsthand all that goes into managing properties and now oversees the team at Precision Property Management as owner and general operations manager.

Samantha brings more than 20 years of experience in guest relations, leadership, and customer service, including 12 years in multi-family, new construction, and mix-use properties. Her extensive background includes leasing operations, team management, client relations, and developing effective strategies to improve property performance.
